CASE STUDY - HURON VALLEY TRAVEL


Michigan based Huron Valley Travel is a provider of specialty tours and vacations. Recently Conversion Results created a site specifically for Huron Valley's Chelsea Flower Show Tour (www.chelseaflowershowtour.com) to replace the 'single page product' approach they had previously used on their corporate site. The new site featured a unique look and feel, capitalizing on the incredible floral and landscape images of the world renowned Chelsea Flower Show, as well as a complete re-write of the messaging.

The site also built Huron Valley's credibility as an industry expert, provided multiple opportunities for a visitor to request information, and featured a full lead capture mechanism. Conversion Results also advised Huron Valley on how to best follow up with their incoming leads.

In just a month, the site provided hundreds of leads. In fact,the site has a stunning 23.9% conversion rate, with most of the leads highly qualified. As a result, sales for the 2005 tour doubled.
